Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lay tortillas on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan cheese, ensuring complete coverage of tortilla with cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is crisp and golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  4. Break crispbread and serve pieces with soups and salads.
  5. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 1 week.
