This is my new favourite snack when I need a little boost and don't feel like eating a whole meal. It honestly reminds me of frosting with crunchy bits!!! Make sure you use local, raw honey, or another organic sweetener to keep the snack's superfood potency. Add some organic cinnamon if you are a fan, I add cinnamon to everything.
