This Recipe:
Preparation
Toast bread lightly in a toaster. Thaw lobster meat if frozen, or drain well and rinse if canned. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place 3 oz lobster meat on each slice of bread. Top each slice of bread with ¼ c. sauerkraut, 1/2 Tbsp. dressing, 1 slice cheese and remaining slice of bread. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and cook 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve.
