Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, knead the ground lamb with the onion, garlic, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the meat into patties about 1/2 inch thick, and transfer to a plate lined with plastic wrap.
  3. Prepare grill or grill pan to medium-high or use Flavorwave/NuWave.
  4. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side if using grill/grill pan, or 6-8 minutes total in Flavorwave, or until desired doneness.
  5. Serve.
