This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes, just until fragrant.
  3. Transfer the hazelnuts to a towel and rub off the skins.
  4. In a food processor, grind the hazelnuts to a smooth butter, about 5 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
  5. Add the cocoa, agave, vanilla, oil and salt and process until well blended.
  6. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator and serve at room temperate.
