Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In a small bowl, combine coconut flour with baking powder.
  4. Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients, beating batter until there are no lumps.
  5. Pour into a greased donut pan. (NOTE: You may top with traditional bagel toppings such as poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes at this time).
  6. Bake 15 minutes.
