Golden Parmesan Flax Crackers

This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with greased unbleached parchment paper.
  4. Cover the mixture with a piece of greased unbleached parchment or waxed paper.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll the mixture to about 1/8 inch thick, making sure it is not too thin at the edges.
  6. Take off top unbleached parchment paper and, using a butter knife, score the dough with a butter knife to the shape and size crackers you want.
  7. Bake until the center is no longer soft, about 15-18 minutes. Don’t let crackers get too brown around the edges.
  8. Let cool completely – the dough will continue to crisp.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
