Almond Butter Blondies (Gluten Free, Grain Free)

This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix almond butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and agave and blend well.
  3. Mix in salt and baking soda and beat until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Mix half of the chocolate chips into the batter.
  5. Pour batter into a well greased 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking dish.
  6. Scatter the remaining chocolate on top of the batter.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes.
  8. Serve.
