This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. First, make breadcrumbs. Lightly toast bread and add to a Magic Bullet or food processor with oregano, basil and garlic powder. Pulse to achieve a coarse crumb consistency.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
  3. Cook the patties in a medium, safe nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
