This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except bread slices. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Dip bread slices into mixture and saturate both sides.
  3. Heat oil in a safe nonstick pan over medium heat. When shimmering, add bread slices.
  4. Cook 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.  
  5. Serve.
