This Recipe:

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Pulse almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor.
  • Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
  • Pour batter into a greased 7.5 Inch x 3.5 Inch Loaf Pan (a 9 x 5 pan will work fine, but the bread will not be "tall")
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes
