This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease the bottom of a large 10 inch loaf pan.
  3. Roughly chop the cranberries or pulse in a food processor.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients together (almond meal, egg white, baking powder, salt, erythritol, stevia). 
  5. Mix the wet ingredients together (melted butter, eggs, water).
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet.
  7. Fold in the pecans and the cranberries.
  8. Pour batter into pan and bake about 40-50 minutes, until top is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.

I made this last night and it is yummy, but it does not raise tall like the image. what could I be doing wrong?
