This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Add the coconut oil, coconut milk, erythritol and sea salt to a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk until erythritol crystals dissolve. Then remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Add coconut mixture to a blender with stevia, vanilla, rum and egg yolk. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Pour into an ice cream maker an freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, freeze in a glass dish covered with plastic wrap overnight.
