organic vanilla extract

organic coconut milk
1/4 tsp
SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract

organic pastured egg yolk

Eggs: The Better Breakfast for a Healthy Heart
Preparation
Add the coconut oil, coconut milk, erythritol and sea salt to a saucepan over low heat.
Whisk until erythritol crystals dissolve. Then remove from heat and let cool.
Add coconut mixture to a blender with stevia, vanilla, rum and egg yolk. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into an ice cream maker an freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, freeze in a glass dish covered with plastic wrap overnight.
