This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Add chocolate and cream to a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and smooth (about 15 minutes).
  3. Gradually whisk in erythritol and stevia.
  4. Continue to whisk until granules have dissolved.
  5. Let mixture cool until it reaches a spreadable consistency, about 30 minutes.
