Preparation

Combine avocados, cucumbers, onion, lemon juice ,lemon zest and buttermilk in a blender or food processor. Puree. Add broth, one cup at a time, until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into bowls, sprinkle with cayenne. Serve.
