Cajun Salmon Cakes with Garlic Aioli

This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. First, prepare aioli. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Toast bread and add to Magic Bullet. Pulse to create coarse breadcrumbs.
  3. Drain salmon. Beat egg.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine salmon, egg, onions, breadcrumbs, mustard and Old Bay.
  5. Divide salmon mixture into equal portions, shaping each into 1 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  6. Heat oil in a large safe nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Place patties in pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and heated through.
  8. Serve aioli with salmon.
