  • Cover apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Combine apples, cabbage, and walnuts in a bowl.
  • Whisk together yogurt, ginger, cinnamon, and stevia and lemon juice in another small bowl.
  • Pour dressing over slaw.
