Absolutely Delicious! I used 100% grass fed ground beef and poured this yummy mixture over top organic spinach egg noodles and peas. On the side we had over steamed baked acorn squash. I sprinkled cinammon over top and put some Earth Balance butter spread and Coconut sugar (that I mixed a little molasses into) into the center of the squash before baking. This is a delightfully fulfilling winter dinner that we will enjoy again! Thanks Kelley!
