This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Layer tortillas on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes to crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, heat beans in a small pan over moderate heat.
  4. Spread hot beans on tortillas and top with cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
  6. Serve.
