Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°. Cook the orzo in boiling water 5 minutes; drain. Place the pasta in a large bowl. Stir in oil and mix with tomato, onions, fea cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Place the orzo mixture in casserole dish. Combine shrimp and basil. Arrange shrimp mixture on orzo mixture. Cover casserole dish with a tight fitting lid or tin-foil.Bake at 450° for 25 minutes or until the shrimp are done.
