This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. In a small bowl, combine coconut oil, yacon and vanilla.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
  5. Pat dough into a 9.5 inch glass pie pan.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
