Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat a safe nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spray with organic coconut oil spray, if desired.
  4. Pour batter into pan to size desired.
  5. Flip when pancakes begin to bubble and underside is light brown.

Made these a bunch of times! They are great with blueberries and/or chocolate chips! I use Nature's Hollow sugar free syrup with them (sweetened with Xylitol)...yum~!
