Monoterpenes


Monoterpenes are a class of phytonutrients with antioxidant action. These nutrients are one of the classes of plant-derived agents which are being evaluated in clinical prevention trials for breast cancer.

Monoterpenes include D-limonene, perillyl alcohol and geraniol.
