Most erythritol sold is granulated. You can powder erythritol to reduce grain texture in desserts like fudge. Powdering erythritol also allows you to use it like powdered sugar.
To powder erythritol, simply add to a Magic Bullet or coffee grinder. Pulse to a fine consistency.
