There is no crust like the photo shows.
I followed the recipe exactly (even though it doesn't mention the coconut oil when mixing things) and it was just thick like bread mix. It did not pour into the pan, it clunked into the pan and I pushed it down with the spatula.
Then it tasted like someone used too much sweet n low, even though I used 1/4 cup(s) organic erythritol. I think a quarter cup was WAY too much. This tasted so bad and left such an awful after tasted, just like sweet n low used to do!
Sorry, I looked at everything twice. My husband even checked to make sure I followed the recipe exactly, but it did NOT turn out for me at all.
I'm afraid to try anything else. (I really didn't have the extra money I spent on all the organic ingredients at this time either) :-(
